Lacoste

Time for another hike - this time to another village just a few miles away - the village of Lacoste (the home of the chateau of the Marquis de Sade).  We had directions from a person who has traveled to this area many times before.  However once into the hike we had difficulty finding some of the specific landmarks that were referenced.  We met several other hikers along the way (including a couple staying in the same building) and it was clear we were on the wrong path.  And it was starting to get quite warm.  So we decided to head back to the apartment and drive to Lacoste.

Had a lovely dinner overlooking the valley below Bonnieux and a fantastic sunset - a nice finish to another wonderful day in Provence.
