Today we drove to Dijon to visit the sites and pick-up Jim and Judy at the train station. Dijon is a very large city and we had a bit of a challenge finding the train station (tried to do it without the GPS - that was a mistake). Got the car parked at the train station, got the brochure about the Owl Walk (all of the major sites are on a very well marked path through the city) and started walking.
After our "tour" was over we stopped and had a cold adult beverage before meeting our friends at the train station. Their train from Paris was right on time. We drove back to Beaune and went into the city for dinner. Right after we were seated inside the rain started. Quite a few people had to scramble and it caught us by surprise as we were not expecting any rain until Saturday. We had a great dinner at our favorite restaurant.
Tomorrow we go to the market in Beaune and drive to St. Saturnin where we will be staying for the next two weeks.
